Delivery.  All orders will be delivered to the address you provide to us when completing your purchase on this website; provided that address you provide to us is correct and complies with our shipping restrictions contained on our website. All purchases from this website are made pursuant to a shipping contract with carriers. Risk of loss and title for items purchased from this website will pass to you upon delivery of the items by us to the carrier 'Canada Post'. You are responsible for filing any claims with carriers for damaged or lost shipments. See General conditions for turnaround time.

Refunds / Credits / Exchange

Exchange or in-store credit within 14 business days from date of purchase. Your receipt, any tags and all packaging must be intact. Sorry, no credits exchanges or returns on sale Items.

Footwear and Clothing must not be worn or washed. For product exchange for Size / Model The Customer is responsible for costs returning the goods to The Circle 108-4369 Main Street, Whistler, B.C. The Circle is not responsible for sold out stock to swap with.

No Refunds will be made. Please be sure when you make your purchase that it is the item you are looking for.
