We are located in Whistler, B.C, Canada. All order ship directly From our Whistler Stores.

1.2 Do you have a first time buyer Promo code?

Our customers who shop with us know about our awesome Loyalty program. The more you shop with us, your discount grows! if you have shopped with us in store and are receiving discounts, then message us for a code that reflects your personal discount that you have earned. 1.3 Where's my order

Once your order has been paid, our turnaround is 4 business days. Sometimes if you have ordered an off season item, this can take a few extra days due to accessing it from warehouse. Our team is small and you wont get lost. The best way to reach out is call us. 604-962-6377

1.4 I placed an order and i want to place another smaller one will i be charged shipping?

If you have already placed an order and need to add on something smaller, then select in store pick up at checkout and add in the checkout notes to add to previous order, you wont be charged for shipping and we'll add it in the first shipment. EASY PEASY!
